Up until about a month ago it would just revert to the channel I was watching, but there was then an upgrade to the iPlayer and since then it has been a black screen. So ta very much, and if it's any help to anyone definitely try unplugging it first. I've tried the last three firmware and software versions on the 420 and the last two versions on the older 660 - none of them work yet they all did before yesterday. If I try and run it from the App Store screen, it still goes to a black screen. I only wanted the sound, but apparently you can't have just that alone :- Bristol on the one side and Worcestershire on the other were fine, however, and Bristol was also playing showing?! If that is the case - we as end-users will be left in the middle of those two claiming that the other has to remedy the problem.
